Return policy

 

1. Reasons for Accepting Returns

Products with broken seals, delivered in the wrong quantity, incorrect information, or different models compared to the placed order.

Products damaged due to manufacturing defects (quality differing from the manufacturer's declared standards) or transportation issues (deformation, cracks, etc.).

2. Return Conditions

2.1: Requirements for Product Return

- Products must have their original seals intact, unopened, and unused.

- No returns or inquiries will be entertained for products with broken seals, opened packaging, or used items.

- Customers must submit (i) a "return request" to Ohawa via email at order@ohawa.vn, (ii) documents proving the purchase (order number, invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement, etc.), and (iii) the product/service for return and any accompanying gifts.

2.2: Return Processing Time

The processing time for return requests is 5 working days from the date Ohawa receives the "customer return request."

2.3: Return Fees

For returns due to errors on Ohawa's part, customers will have the return fee waived, and they are responsible for the shipping fee if they wish to change the delivery address.

3. Refund Regulations

3.1: Refund Methods

Refund methods include cash refunds at Ohawa's Vegetable Oil LLC office or bank transfers.

3.2: Processing Time

Ohawa will send the Return Request feedback to customers via email within a maximum of 5 working days from receiving the Return Request.

If the customer's refund request meets the specified conditions, Ohawa will initiate the refund process as follows:

For non-bank payment methods: Customers will receive the refund within 5-7 working days.

For bank payment methods: Ohawa will complete the refund process within 5-7 working days, after which the bank will continue processing the refund request for 7 to 15 working days upon receipt.

4. Return Methods

Customers can return products directly to Ohawa's office:

Customers can also return products via the nearest postal service.
