Payment methods

After customers select and purchase products on the Ohawa website, the system will transfer the customer's order information to the Call Center. Call center agents will then contact the customer to confirm the details and the delivery time.

The order is forwarded to the nearest Ohawa distributor to the customer's location. Delivery personnel will then deliver the products to the customer and accept cash payment at the delivery point.
