Introducing Ohawa vegetable oil made from flaxseeds

On July 15th, Ohawa Vegetable Oil Company officially launched their imported vegetable oil product from Canada. This product is made from cold-pressed flaxseed oil under the Ohawa brand, with a n-6/n-3 ratio of 1:4, meaning it contains four times more Omega-3 than Omega-6, meeting the recommended golden ratio in some European countries.

Ohawa Vegetable Oil product contains many beneficial nutrients for consumers' health. It can be used for cooking to supplement Omega-3 in every dish.

Typically, cold-pressed products should not be used for cooking as Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids can turn into harmful substances for health.

However, with exclusive technology, premium Ohawa flaxseed oil has a high smoke point, allowing the fatty acids to withstand temperatures up to 250°C. This is the only cold-pressed flaxseed oil on the market that can be used for both cooking and raw consumption.

According to leading nutrition experts worldwide, Ohawa vegetable oil is good for pregnant women and children. Additionally, it can reduce the risk of stroke, improve skin beauty, aid in weight loss, prevent obesity, and improve diabetes.

Ohawa Vegetable Oil Company, formerly known as Hoang Minh Water Joint Stock Company, has been involved in research, development, production, and distribution of bottled water in Vietnam under the i-on Life brand for 15 years.

Established in 2022, Ohawa Vegetable Oil Company is a pioneering enterprise in the production, import-export, and distribution of flaxseed oil products from Canada in Vietnam.

Mr. Vo Minh Minh, the CEO of Ohawa Vegetable Oil Company, stated that Ohawa vegetable oil originates from Canada, a leading country in flaxseed production and export.

The flaxseed processing plant of Ohawa is located in the province of Manitoba, Canada, with a total area of 7,000m2, an investment of 10 million USD, and a capacity of 30 MTD (metric tons per day).

This is one of the most advanced and fully automated flaxseed processing plants in Canada. The plant is certified by CFIA (Canada), FDA (United States), HACCP, Kosher (Jewish), Halal (Arab), Gluten-free, Vegan, and especially BRC (United Kingdom) - the highest certification for quality and food safety in the food industry.
